Wanted: Ideas

Dear Readers,
     I was thinking the other day, and I realized that in many ways, humanity is like a plant. It is constantly changing and growing. When a part is taken out of the light, it will stop growing and the branch will eventually die.
    Humans gave amazing technologies. We have transportation that can take us around the world in a day. We have spacecraft that can take us to the moon. We have entire meals that can be prepared in under 30 seconds. Our homes are climate controlled.
    All these things are okay, but there is a part of our human tree that has been left in the dark for too long, and I'm afraid if we don't shed light on it soon, it will shrivel and die.
    'Why?' Hasn't that always been the universal question? Why are we here? I certainly hope there's more to life than watching the TV until we're stupefied. If that's the case, I would rather not partake in this existence.
    Fortunately, we as free people have a choice to walk away from such things. We can think for ourselves! We can't waste such an opportunity! We have so many conveniences we should have time to think. We need great thinkers to revive our lives! We need YOU to THINK!!
