Dear Readers,
Here is my theory on how people are happy/sad in their lives.
If you can read that, kudos to your eye sight. But I believe that all people everywhere are on this cycle. For some people different steps last longer than others, but essentially, we're all on it.
1. Low Point
This is a hard time in your life. You find it hard to get out of bed.
2. Progress
You can see things changing. You can see hope in the distance
3. Breakthrough
Things are finally where you want them to be.
4. High point
You are content and happy with life
5. Disaster
Some event in your life happens and takes away your high point
6. Repeat

I completely agree with this. I really want to get you a book by Nietzsche so that you can read up on his philosophy. He concludes that all of life is like a circle.
