I Hope You Have the Time Of Your Life

Dear Readers,
I, whenever I'm feeling down, (Which if you read my blog you will know that this is quite often nowadays), Always resort to the song Good Riddance (Time of Your Life) by Green Day. The song makes me think into life on the deepest level I feel my fifteen year old mind can fathom. I fear a lot. Due to the many mistakes I've made in the past month or so, the future I always pictured for myself has shattered. I feel insecure now. I, somewhere inside, felt that the petty troubles I've dealt with in the past were nothing but minor annoyances, and eventually, fate would shove me back onto the path I was supposed to be on. But now, I feel the person I was supposed to be; the person who was supposed to be the successful musician that married the girl of his dreams and live happily ever after, has gone on, while because of my stupid mistakes, I have been cast into an alternate reality where I grow up alone and bitter. I need a time machine. I need a new life. I need something.

"So take the photographs and still-frames in your mind. Hang them on a shelf in Good Health and Good Times. Tattoos and memories, and dead skin on trial. For what it's worth, it was worth all the while. It's something unpredictable, but in the end it's right. I hope you have the Time of Your Life."

                  Peace, Love, and Harmony.
                              -Me.
